Very good and quick respond from reception at making reservation. They are also very helpful during staying. But absolutelly BEST is location. Near Grand Bazar, enough small stores and cheap places to eat nearby. Great value for the price.
Приветливый персонал говорящий на нескольких языках. Отличное расположение. В номере чисто.
Отель не большой но очень уютный, разместились за 5 минут и сразу пошли в город. При заезде не работал пульт кондиционера, сразу заменили. Убирали хорошо, так что все отлично. Завтрак достаточно хороший.
The location was good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room size was good. The room temperature was ok. Not too much noise coming from outside. The area was safe and not far from Grand Bazaar and the Tram station. There are a couple of Corner shop near by which is handy for buying water etc. Shampoo and body cream was provided and hairdryer be it very basic. 15 mins walk to Sultanamed area. Lots of places to eat near by. Lots of shops on the main street near by. A safe was available. Kettle and paper cups was provided but did not come as standard. No tea/coffee was provided in room. The hotel was Covid safe. 24hr receptions.
